The Scottish Border's spectacular forests offer great opportunities for riding away from road traffic. Peebles countryside is ideally suited to testing both horse and rider, but the rider can enjoy some fabulous views en route!

As well as the special events for riders listed in the festival programme there are way-marked routes, cross-country courses and quiet roads and bridleways available to the rider throughout the festival period and beyond.
